Overview
Have fun, meet new friends, and get active! Designed specifically for youth ages 10–15, this program features constantly varied activities that focus on balance, agility, coordination, speed, strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, athleticism, and core strength. Youth Fit Bootcamp meets two times a week for three weeks.
