This program introduces boys and girls to the art of dance with a focus on basic ballet elements and techniques. For the youngest children, the goal is to tap into the child’s creative nature and to make them aware of their abilities through the physical expression of their imagination. The older students will build on this idea, improving technique, and foundational principles.

Boise Valley Judo Club – Koka Kids Beginners

Mon, Wed, 5:30-6:15pm (12-week session)

This 12-week course, intended for students with no prior judo experience, is designed to teach the very basics of the sport of judo with emphasis on developing coordination, agility, stamina, and key muscle strength that will ensure safety.

Rock Steady Boxing is a one-of-a-kind program providing a uniquely effective form of physical exercise to people who are living with Parkinson’s. Exercises are largely adapted from boxing drills. Training classes include an exercise program that attacks Parkinson’s at its vulnerable neurological points while focusing on overall fitness.
