Physically-distanced, basketball conditioning program Back to the Court. This program will focus on building the necessary strength, agility, and endurance for your child to be at their best once the competition season starts. Participants will meet twice per week for four weeks.

Ballet and Creative Movement

Ages 3–5 $20 | Ages 7–10 $41 Ages 3–5 $30 | Ages 7–10 $55 3–5 | 7–10

4-week sessions occur monthly

Caldwell YMCA (Ages 3–5): Wed, 4:30–5pm
South Meridian YMCA (Ages 7–10): Fri, 5:40–6:25pm

This program introduces boys and girls to the art of dance with a focus on basic ballet elements and techniques. For the youngest children, the goal is to tap into the child’s creative nature and to make them aware of their abilities through the physical expression of their imagination. The older students will build on this idea, improving technique, and foundational principles.

Barre

This class is a total body strength training modality that challenges all areas of the body and builds strength and fitness through a variety of intense intervals. Expect to use bodyweight, dumbbells, medicine balls, and any variation of strength training, cardio, core, and flexibility.

Boys AAU Basketball League (Grades 5-7)

Boys Y Basketball League (Grades K-7)

$61 (Additional $20 for uniform if needed) $92 (Additional $20 for uniform if needed) 5-13 K-7 March 1, 2021 - April 24, 2021

Practice: One or two evenings per week depending on grade level.

Game Dates: Mar 13, 20, April 3, 10, 17 and 24

Y-Ball is an opportunity for boys of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to play recreational basketball in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. Every kid plays equally in Y-Basketball regardless of their position or individual ability.

Cardio Dance
