Whether it’s just for recreation or serious competition, the Y offers safe, healthy water sports, swim lessons, and fitness classes for every age and every skill level. We are also a “safety hub” where students can learn the life-saving skills of lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and more!

Deep Challenge

The resistance of the water will offer you opportunities to really challenge yourself to accelerate and add power to your moves. You will get a cardio and strength challenge in this class.

Cardio Wave

This class is held in the shallow end of our 50-meter pool. We have two goals in this class—get a great cardio workout and make some waves in that pool!

Aqua Gold

This class is held in our warm instructional pool. It will focus on the needs of our Arthritis population. You will work on mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and stretching.

Healthy Hinges

Based on a program developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this class is for people with arthritis and related conditions. The warmth and soothing movement of the water helps those with arthritis feel better.

Semi-Private Swim Lessons

Two to three friends can get together during a time that works best. These are small group lessons with professional instructors.

Active Older Adult (AOA) Water Fitness

These classes, held in the deep portion of the pool, are a great way to get a fun cardio and abdominal workout without impact. Class is designed for intermediate to advanced level participants.
