Aqua HIIT

Aqua High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a class taught in the deep end of the pool. Using simple, yet intense exercises combined with the increased resistance of water is sure to challenge everyone.

This warm water workout improves flexibility while challenging participants to maintain core stabilization, postural alignment, and balance. Instructors creatively adapt pilates, yoga, and tai chi to the pool in this unique class that is suitable for all.

Pregnancy Fitness – Water Fitness

Boost your energy and improve your mood with a gentle but challenging, deep water workout. Alleviate aches and pains, as the compression of the water soothes your joints and muscles and reduces swelling. This pregnancy water aerobics class is for both expectant moms and their partner and is led by a certified instructor.

Teen/Adult Swim Clinics

$5 $6.50 14+

11-11:45am
2nd Saturday of each month

Participants of all levels are welcome to come and work with a swim instructor on basic safety techniques, stroke mechanics, and strengthening and conditioning in addition to learning more about current aquatics programming.

Water Polo Masters

Free Day Pass Required 18+

Mon, 7:30-9pm
Sat, 10am-12pm

Water polo is a great way to stay active and enjoy friendly competition. Participants will learn the rules of the game, technique, and compete in fun weekly scrimmages.

Semi-Private Swim Lessons

Two to three friends can get together during a time that works best. These are small group lessons with professional instructors.

This is a monthly swim lesson program for children with special needs. In order to build a strong, trusting relationship to teach water safety, the instructor-to-student ratio is one to one.
