Rooftop Cycling

This is a unique Downtown cycling experience! Join us for great music, fun friends, and a top-notch workout. Your instructor will lead you through 45 minutes of challenging work to get your heart pumping as the sun rises. Run/Walk Group

Free Day Pass Required 15+ View Schedule

This is an ALL LEVELS group for those wanting to go outside and walk/run. A Certified Instructor will give you progressive run workouts to execute OR you can just enjoy the company of others (safely distancing of course!) being outside getting in some physical activity. Check-in INSIDE the Y and then we will walk over to Brother’s Park as a group to start the run/walk session.
