Participants learn how to safely use the fitness equipment and provide basic knowledge to start their own personal fitness program. Participants will learn etiquette on the floor, benefits, and risks. After completing this course, kids will be able to pick up a badge each time they come into the facility and use the cardio and strength training circuit machines without an adult present.View Complete Program Details »
