If you are already a member of the YMCA we went ahead and created an account for you using the email address we have on file. Simply go to our registration site and click the “Need new password?” link and enter your email address. We will send you an email with instructions on creating a new password. Return to the registration site and enter your user name and the new password you just created.

For more information, watch the “Sign in to an Existing Account” video above or follow this step-by-step guide here.

A member’s username is the email account we have on file. We encourage each adult to create their own account. If they put in their email address and they are prompted to create a new account it means we do not have that email on file.

After putting in your email address, skip the password, and click on “need new password” You will be prompted to reenter your email address and click “next.” We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

No. You can delete any old YMCA apps. Your barcode will automatically populate in your new app. If it does not, please see the front desk so they can update your client ID number. For more information on the Touch-Free Check-In, see instructions here.

After logging into your account, click on “my info.” Here you can edit and save your personal information as well as click on “add family member.” Click save when you are finished. After adding a family member to your account, contact the front desk of your facility so any family memberships can get applied to the rest of your family members. That way they can sign up for classes, too!

For more information, view the “Update My Profile and Family Settings” video here.

If you have used the Mindbody App in the past (even for a different business) try to login using to the Treasure Valley Family YMCA mobile app with those credentials first. Upon logging in, please verify that your membership is activated by either selecting Profile from the lower mobile app menu and clicking Passes to view membership activation OR select More from the lower mobile app menu to verify that your barcode is the same as the one you have been using with your Daxko app. If the email address used to login is different than the one that you received this email from, please reach out to the Front Desk to update your YMCA account.
  1. First, you will need to sign in to your account by visiting the Treasure Valley YMCA Online Reservation platform login page here.
  2. Then, select the ‘My Info’ tab to open up your ‘Profile’ and view your ‘Personal’ settings column.
  3. Select ‘Edit’, then click the check-boxes for the types of notifications you would like to receive and the methods by which you would like to receive them.

Reservations

Reservations can be made up to 48 hours or two full days in advance. That means you can register for everything today, and everything for tomorrow.  So, at any given time, you can make reservations for programs that are offered from only within the window of time at the start of today’s operating business hours to the end of tomorrow’s business operating hours.

Unlike our previous reservation platform, the entire day opens up at once so you can reserve your spot in any classes or swim lanes for tomorrow.

Classes and swim lanes can also be reserved using our new Treasure Valley Family YMCA app. Download the FREE app from the App Store or Google Play Store here. If you don’t have a smartphone you are able to reserve a spot by signing into the web platform (via the Sign In button above) or by speaking to the front desk staff at your facility.

Learn how to make a reservation on your mobile app or web with a step-by-step, instructional guide here.

For group exercise classes you will check-in with the instructor at the beginning of class. For all aquatics reservations you will check-in at the lifeguard desk on the pool deck.

Non-members and guests will first need to check-in at the front desk. Non-members and guests 18 years and older must provide a driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.

You can check-in to your class or swim reservation up to 30-minutes before your reservation.

If you are unable to make your reservation, please cancel 2 hours in advance to give members on the waitlist the opportunity to be added to the class list.

If you cancel within two hours of your reservation, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be reminded to try and cancel as soon as possible next time to allow members on the wait-list to have sufficient notice so that they may attend.

Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a “no-show” status. Recurrent “no show” statuses may incur a temporary hold on a member’s ability to make reservations.

Yes. With current limited capacities in our facilities, it is important to register for classes ahead of time to guarantee there is room for you in a class. It is also important to check-in to the class so we know if there is extra room for anyone on the waitlist. If you aren’t able to attend a reservation you’ve made, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least 2 hours in advance to allow someone on the waitlist time to prepare for the class.

For more information, watch the “How to Make A Reservation for Myself or Family Members” video here or follow this step-by-step guide for yourself  here and family members here.

Click “Sign up Now” and you will be prompted to make a reservation for yourself or for a guest. Choose “guest” and enter in the name of your guest, then click “register as unpaid.” This will reserve the spot for your guest. All guests must check-in at the front desk and either pay for a facility day pass or use one of your 6 free day passes provided with your membership.

Non-members and guests 18 years and older must provide a driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.

To reserve a spot for a family member that is included in your YMCA membership, log into your account then navigate to the reservation you would like to make. Click “Sign up Now” and the family members listed on your membership will be listed below the registration for yourself. If you would like to sign up your whole family, each person will have to be registered individually. At this point, you are able to register family members for classes, but you are unable to cancel a registration for family members from the platform.

For more information, watch the “How to Make A Reservation for Myself or Family Members” video here or follow the step-by-step guide here.
