Famous Idaho Potato Marathon’s New Date is Sept 19th, 2020

YMCA Famous Idaho Potato Marathon presented by the Idaho Potato Commission will be postponed until Sept 19, 2020.
The health, wellbeing, and safety of our members, program participants, and staff is our top priority. Rescheduling our event for a later date gives us time to plan and adapt to be as safe as possible. In addition, organizations and community partners that we work with a majority of the time are also making difficult but appropriate decisions on public use.
With that said we hope you’ll stick with the YMCA and transfer to the new date in the fall of 2020.

The YMCA Famous Idaho Potato Marathon, presented by the Idaho Potato Commission, is a fun full marathon, half marathon, 10K or 5K course along the Boise, Idaho greenbelt. All courses are flat and fast! This marathon can be used to qualify for the 2021 Boston Marathon. Bring the entire family out for this event! We have a distance that will work for everyone.
Enjoy a Famous Idaho Potato Bar with all the fix’ns after the race prepared by Life’s Kitchen for all race participants.
All distances receive medals!
