Babysitting Training Course

Blue Marlins Summer Recreational Swim Team

The program is a structured class of aerobic training followed by task-specific training within a community-based PD specific group exercise format. Delay the Disease is an evidence-based fitness program, led by a certified Delay the Disease instructor, designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders as well as their caregivers and spouses.

Gainers: Levels 3 is designed to transfer the skills from Levels 1 and 2 to the earliest competitive dives, specifically forward and inward dives. These levels add more dryland to improve fitness, coordination and confidence. Level 4 introduces back and reverse direction dives as wells forward and inward somersaults. These skills really prepare the diver for the challenges in later levels.
